Hey my chickies
Made the most wonderful lamb and mint stew last night from scratch. I'll help you out with the ingredients....

lamb
onion
garlic
peas
carrot
mushroom
potato
liquid beef stock
wine
cajun seasoning
mint jelly

I find its best to work out the measurements yourself. You know instinctively whats right. Don't you? Clever.
I served this stew with crusty bread.
